How does one be 'authentic' and yet not appear carefully scripted in addressing controversial topics?
1:1 coaching addresses the immediate concerns of a leader while helping them explore and establish their own brand of leadership - one that feels authentic and sustainable while being effective. Using psychometrics, deep interviews and explorations, uncovering 'hidden' gifts and non-obvious growth areas, executives can discover new ways to think, feel and behave.
'Integrative' Coaching includes ALL of life's complexities and helps clients find ways to that work across different parts of their life - factoring in personal values and goals (including spirituality, hobbies, personal support systems), job responsibilities, organizational strategy and past appraisals and immediate challenges.
Engagements are typically 6 months long with coaching sessions every two weeks. If requested, the work can include 2 meetings with the immediate manager and HR business partner to align the individual's development plan with the organizational goals and resources.
